Farmington Ebike Return & Refund Policy

At Farmington Ebike, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, here’s our straightforward and customer-friendly policy:

1. Return Window & Eligibility

  • 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: You may return your unused, unassembled, and undamaged electric bike within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Defective Products: If your bike has a manufacturing defect (e.g., motor, battery, or controller issues), we offer free repairs, replacements, or refunds within 1 year of purchase, subject to inspection.


2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The bike must be in its original packaging with all accessories (charger, manuals, tools, etc.).

  • No signs of wear, customization, or misuse (e.g., scratches, modifications).

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email web@farmingtonebike.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization: We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for defective items. For non-defective returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  3. Ship the Bike: Securely package the bike and send it to our designated facility.


4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Exchanges will be processed once the returned bike is verified.


5. Exceptions

  • Final Sale Items: Clearance or customized bikes (e.g., special colors or components) cannot be returned.

  • Wear & Tear: Normal usage damage or improper maintenance is not covered under warranty.


6. Warranty Coverage

Our 2-Year Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in the frame, motor, and battery. For full terms, visit our Warranty Page.


7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement at no charge. After this period, a restocking fee may apply.
